The Starter workshop is the first step into the NuDanza world. If you feel attracted by what you have read or heard from others dancers about NuDanza, this is the place were our friendship trough dance begins. We move trough the workshop slowly, learning the basics of natural elements and their aspects manifested in every one of us. We use easy techniques whose goal is relax the dancer in order to allow the body to move in spontaneous ways and thus flow into free movements leading liberating experiences.
